From Frank Sinatra to the late Pope John Paul II, Mr. Alan Morell has 30 years of global experience in the successful development and management of talent, high-growth properties, commercial rights, live events and intellectual property (IP) rights.
Mr. Alan Morell began his career with International Management Group (IMG), where he served in a variety of executive offices including Corporate Vice President, Executive of Talent, Commercial Rights, Marquee Hospitality and Mergers & Acquisitions for Eastern and Western Hemispheres. Alan Morrel has created and/or managed more than 1,500 campaigns for talent and events globally within the disciplines of Sports (including the management of the Legends and Masters of Tennis, which involved careers and campaigns of Rod Laver, Ken Rosewall, Bjorn Borg, John Newcombe, Bobby Riggs and Billie Jean King); Entertainment (including management of the campaigns of Liberace, Henny Youngman, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Charlton Heston, Gene Wilder and Bill Cosby,) and the Arts (including the management of campaigns for Bobby Short, opera Aida, Madame Butterfly and the London Symphony Orchestra, Riviera, Bellagio, The Mirage, Flamingo, Hilton Las Vegas).
Prior to his role at Creative Management Group Agency, Mr. Alan Morell was a Director and Chief Executive Officer of CatalystOne, Inc., and was responsible for that company’s sale of software to the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) for the USVA sector. Mr. Alan Morell also served as the Executive Producer for the Visit of Pope John Paul II to New York in 1995. His client list ranges from select individuals to global corporations, including Dr. Bob Arnot, medical educator and former medical journalist for Dateline NBC; CBS Paramount host of The Insider Pat O’Brien; Olympic Broadcaster Donna de Varona, Authors Dr. Vijay Vad, Warwick Collins’ “The Silent Gene” and “Gents”, Sarah Symonds, Stan Lee’s “Alexa”, “Venus Prime”, corporations USO, General Mills; Jacabee, Inc.; Curious Pictures; Premier Model Management, Brick Tower Publishing; Random House, Hay House Inc; and Google. In addition to associations with virtually every major television broadcast network, Mr. Alan Morell has a rich history with Broadway, where he served as the Executive Producer of the Broadway shows “The Boys Next Door” and “I Never Sang For My Father:, as well as the commercial rights agent for “The Buddy Holly Story”, “Into the Woods”, “M. Butterfly” and “Meet Me In St. Louis”. Mr. Alan Morell was the first executive to bring naming rights to the Great White Way, with the branding and sponsorship of Philip Morris International.
